Carolina Yacht Club - Wrightsville Beach


From I-40
-Take a left onto MLK. -Continue across Market street. MLK becomes Eastwood Road. -Stay straight about 5 miles you will cross the Wrightsville Beach Draw Bridge. Continue Straight. -Take a right at the stop light onto Waynick. -About 1/2 mile you will see a water tower. The tower is in the CYC parking lot.

From Hwy's 17, 74, 76 or I-95 to 74
-As soon as HWYs 17, 76, 74 merge to the south and west of Wilmington, get in right lane once you pass Leland, NC. -Follow Hwy sign saying, “Battleship Memorial, Clinton, International Airport to I-40.” -Once on this road, the Battleship will be on your right as will be the Cape Fear River. Travel parallel to the river until you get to a major traffic light. -At traffic light, turn right and follow Wilmington 74 East to I-40 sign. -Get in and stay in the right lane.You will cross a low drawbridge over the Cape Fear River. -Take the “Wrightsville Beach, East 74 Exit” on that bridge. -Stay on the expressway until you get to Wrightsville Beach.
