I hereby agree that the boat holds an approved measurement certificate. I do for myself, my executors and administrators, heirs and assigns, waive any and all claims as may accrue to me or them against the CYC, its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents, and any one or more of them arising out of the participation of my boat in any race at CYC, or arising from any related activities.
