Listed below is some basic information about the Cottage
as well as the current rental rates.

The Club Apartment has a living room, dining room, kitchen,
5 bedrooms, (2) 1/2 baths, 1 standing shower and 1 bathroom.
There is a front porch with rockers on the sound side.

The bedrooms have the following:

• Bedroom 1: 1 Double Bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds
• Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds
• Bedroom 5: 1 Queen Bed & 1 Oversized Twin

• $1425.00/week for periods from May 16th - August 31st
• $925.00/week for periods from March 1st - May 15th and
  September 1st - October 31st
• $725.00/week for periods from November 1st - November 31st

• We do not provide linens

• No Pets

• No House Parties

• A non-refundable fee of $100.00 and a signed and dated rental agreement must be submitted in order for confirmations to be valid. If the fee and signed agreement are not received within the noted timeframe, the dates requested will be reopened to members.

• Payment in full is due on or before the check-in date.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation please contact the CYC as soon as possible. If you cancel within a month of your rental date, you will owe half the cost of the week's rental. The $100 dollar fee is non-refundable.

• Refunds: There will be no refunds or discounts due to the failure of non-essential items such as air conditioners, TV's, microwaves, or other convenience items. However, we will try to have such items repaired as soon as possible.

• The cottage is rented to family groups only. Fraternities, sororities or school groups are not allowed under any circumstances. Maximum occupancy of this house is 14 persons.

• A CYC member must be responsible for the rental of the house and must be staying at the house during the rental period.

• Check in is at 4:00 p.m. If you will be late arriving, you must contact the CYC office to make arrangements to pick up your keys.

• Check out is at 11:00 a.m. It is imperative that you vacate the house by 11:00 a.m. so that it can be cleaned. If you will be late checking out, you will be charged for ½ days rent. Upon checking out, you are required to: Strip beds, take out trash, leave dishes clean and put away, lock windows and doors, and return keys to the office.

• Grills are prohibited on decks, porches or within 15 feet of any wooden structure by town ordinance of Wrightsville Beach.

• All rentals are subject to review by the governing board. A rental agreement must be signed and dated in order for confirmations to be valid. No additional privileges beyond club rules are extended with the rental agreement.
